Start of the final project year
GI Learner is entering it’s last project year. In this year the pupils of the 5 different schools that have been testing the materials will meet in Madrid, and write a part of the final report. The materials are growing, so stay tuned to our project.
After the exchange in Madrid

Exercises update
From time to time we need to update the exercises, and this for a number of reasons: the data can be updated with more recent numbers or website changed their content. It is therefore crucial to come back to our website – Course page – to download the latest version. E.g. Globalisation has been updated.
New report added
We added a new report on the website: GI Learner implementation. The goal of GI Learner is to implement geospatial thinking in the curriculum. Therefor we created this project website were you find all material needed. For the broader public (including school management, curriculum creators and the politicians) we summarised everything in this document. This…
Automatic Google translation
On the top right of the website you will see the icon Google translate. This offers the opportunity to automatically translate the whole website into a defined number of languages. It’s an automatic translation, so useful but not 100% accurate. Nevertheless it makes this website even more accessible for a lot of people.
Pupils ready for the meeting in Madrid
From Sunday 25 February till Saturday 3 March the pupilw who have been involved over the past 3 school years in testing of the materials will meet in Madrid. The program provides time to meet, to do some GI-related exercises in Madrid and to write at the final outcome.
