GI Learner curriculum opportunities added

GI Learner is presented at the ESRI Educ conference in San Diego with a workshop and a presentation.

The students involved in the project were the ‘guinea pigs’ of the project. There role was double: Making it possible for the project to assess the progress from the beginning to the end of the project (summative evaluation)  through self-evaluation tests, and give feedback on the first version of the lesson modules. From time to time we need to update the exercises, and this for a number of reasons: the data can be updated with more recent numbers or website changed their content. It is therefore crucial to come back to our website – Course page – to download the latest version. E.g. Globalisation has been updated.

All course material is now available on the course page of the website. Translations will be final by the end of August. Also check the final course page, you will find all presentations of the conference.

GI Learner is entering it’s last project year. In this year the pupils of the 5 different schools that have been testing the materials will meet in Madrid, and write a part of the final report. The materials are growing, so stay tuned to our project.
